First of all, WELCOME!!!

I’m super excited to get started on our day-long intensive together! Thanks for taking the first step and booking me, and thank you for entrusting me with the responsibility of making sure your new website shines.

Before we can get started, to make our day together the best that it can possibly be, there are some really important details that I need to collect from you.  Don’t worry, this isn’t a crazy detailed never-ending list of questions and prompts – after all the idea of booking me for a day, is so that you spend less time worrying about this stuff, and more time doing what you do best!

Therefore, I will need you to fill out the client prep workbook to the best of your ability.  If there is any delay in this important pre-project work, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Files  We will use a shared Google Drive folder for storing all of these documents, plus all of your branding materials and website images.

Communication We will communicate via Facebook Messenger on the day of our intensive. Until then, you can email me at liz@redlilly.com.au.  

I kindly ask that you refrain from sending me project-related messages via text message. I’d hate to drop the ball on something that gets lost in my daily sea of personal messages.
